They could come in many forms and I had enjoyed reading about a variety of them.
“Then let’s play a game, baby.” My human kept his hold on me, but began walking us slowly back toward what he called a couch. “Every time you tell me something you’re thinking or feeling, you’ll get a reward.”
Oh.
Bribes.
Humans loved negotiations and I could feel his excitement even though we both knew it would go in my favor.
“What…what kind of rewards?” Yes. That was the first step in negotiations with humans. Fine print was very important.
“You can ask me a question or show me a place you want me to touch.” Somehow we reached the couch and he sat down, bringing me with him so I was sitting on his lap. “Or if you just whimper for me sweetly, I’ll keep touching you all over as your reward.”
Without more talking?
I liked that idea.
“Yes.” I gave him words…he would give me touches. “That one.”
He laughed again, but he made it sound wicked. I had not understood how much information could be contained in a simple sound, but my books had been right. “Then that’s what we’ll do, baby, but you’re going to remember we can use safewords.”
“I…I have read extensively about the stoplight colors. I will remember those.” We did not have the same objects here, but I did not want to make both of us remember random words. “You are…you are supposed to use them as well.”
The books made it clear that just because I wanted something didn’t mean he had to give it to me. I had to take care of him as well. Part of me was greedy and stubborn, but the naughty part could not win all the time.
Just sometimes.
“I promise to use them too, but right now, I can’t think of anything you would ask me for that I would deny you.” Shifting me on his lap so I was partially stretched out down the couch, he snuggled me closer and tucked my face against his neck.
I was starting to understand why submissive humans used that position a lot in books.
I liked hiding too.
“I’ll also answer questions or you can touch me if you’d like.” He made a happy laugh when I was silly and patted his chest. “See? You did it.”
He was just as ridiculous as the Daddies in my books.
Maybe that was a good sign?
It seemed like it, so as he rubbed my back and made more happy sounds, I worked on a sentence that would get me the information I wanted with the lowest worry possible. “What forms of domination have you explored?”
Yes, that would give me details on his background so I would know what he was familiar with.
He went still.
Hmm.
I knew why I had gone still, but why had he done it?
Thankfully my human mate loved talking and did not leave me confused for long. “I don’t mind talking about anything in my past, but will it upset you to hear about things I’ve done…in the past?”
His cautious reaction made more sense as he gave me his thoughts.
He was worried about the human emotion of jealousy.
He also did not seem to understand what wording he could use without causing me distress.
“I have read books about human couples and mixed alien pairs discussing their pasts.” It had been enlightening…confusing at first…but highly educational. “We generally do not have the same kind of non-mated relationships, but I understand that most people of Earth do not have the same way of knowing their partner.”
Letting out a quiet breath, he nodded slowly. “Just a bit longer.”
He was ready to discuss mate things but not being mates.
Humans were very strange.
“I have not had my date yet.” I gave him a human shrug that made him chuckle. “I am not in a hurry.”
He was mine whether we discussed it or not.
“Okay, my past.” He gave me a Daddy head kiss and resumed rubbing my back and along my arms as he was supposed to. “I’ve been what you might’ve seen in books as just a generic Dom in several relationships. I’ve never done casual sex as you’ve probably heard about in books and in our entertainment media, but I’ve explored different scenes in places like BDSM clubs.”
My human paused, nuzzling against me as he recited his past. “Do you have any questions about any of the words I used?”
“No.” Education was very important when it came to having a human mate and I was glad to see that my time on his planet had been well spent. “I have read about those places and I understand the way humans see a difference between what you call casual sex and scenes.”
They all fell under mate topics, but humans like to classify things in a variety of ways. “I have not done either but that is not a surprise to you.”
