“Oops,” I’d said, laughing, after the third time it happened. “I seem to be having a lot of ‘wardrobe malfunctions tonight. I’m not sure this dress fits me right.”

“I think it looks fucking perfect on you,” he growled softly. “I hope you don’t mind me enjoying the view.”

“I don’t mind,” I admitted, feeling my cheeks get hot. “After all, looking isn’t touching. Like you said before—we aren’t breaking any rules.”

“True,” he said, nodding and watching as I tugged at the dress hem again and this time both my breasts popped free.

“Oh, forget it!” I said in disgust. “I’m not bothering with it again!”

“Mmm. Maybe you should just leave it like it is,” he suggested, his eyes brushing over the tight points of my nipples.

I lifted my chin, feeling hot and bold and naughty all at once.

“Maybe I will.”

And I proceeded to eat the rest of my dinner with my bare breasts on display.

Who was this wild, free, uninhibited woman, I wondered as I took another dainty nibble of my baked potato. Where had she come from and where had she been hiding all my life?

It was probably wrong and crazy to be doing what I was doing. This little game that Kor and I were playing was dangerous—it would be so easy to go way too far.

But I loved it—loved feeling beautiful and desirable. Loved having his eyes on me and watching the way he adjusted himself when he thought I wasn’t looking. He was hard and I was the reason why. For the first time in my life, that thought filled my belly with a warm glow of delight instead of cold fear and dread.

I loved feeling free enough to show off my body to him—feeling like he wasn’t going to try anything I didn’t want him to. I felt in control of the situation…which only made it more deceptively dangerous.

But when he invited me to swim, I knew I wanted to do it.

“Shouldn’t we wait until an hour after eating, though?” I asked him.

He shook his head.

“Old wives’ tale. Besides, neither of us has eaten very much.”

Which was true. Though the food had been excellent—if I said so myself—we had both been picking at it. I was too busy showing myself off to want to eat much and Kor had apparently been too busy watching me to have very much of an appetite himself.

“I’ll put the rest of this away for later and then get changed and meet you at the pool,” I said, nodding at our half-full plates.

“Let me help,” he offered. Then he frowned. “It just occurred to me that I don’t have a suit to swim in, though. I guess I can swim in my boxers.”

“If you want,” I said casually. “Or you could go without and just swim—you know—in the nude. Skinny-dip.”

But he shook his head.

“No, I don’t think I’d better do that,” he said, sounding regretful. “It might be too, uh, tempting. I’ll just swim in my boxers.”

“Didn’t you say you’d ordered some more clothes?” I asked, as I got up and started to clear the table.

He nodded.

“Yeah—including some swim trunks. Should be in tomorrow, if you really do get next day delivery here.”

“We do, but only at the Post Office,” I reminded him.

He sighed.

“Well, I guess we’ll have to brave the wrath of Barbara and what’s-her-name again.”

“Ellen,” I said, giggling as I remembered the sour faces of the two women who ran the Blackridge Post Office. They had always been so rude and nasty to me, but I no longer feared them. Not with Kor by my side to put them in their place.

“Yeah, whatever.” He shrugged.

“I might order a few more things myself,” I told him. “Maybe a few more dresses.”

“Get more like that one,” he growled, nodding at the tiny red dress, which was riding up again to show the V between my thighs.

“But I think this one is the wrong size,” I protested, tugging at the skirt which made my breasts pop out again.

“Mmm, I think you’re right—you’d better get a size smaller,” was his remark.

“Kor!” I exclaimed, and I was blushing, but I couldn’t help smiling too. He made me feel so beautiful—so hot and sexy and desirable the way he looked at me.

I just couldn’t get enough.

TWENTY-THREE

VIVIENNE

Which is probably why I put on the tiny white bikini again and went to the pool.

Kor was already in the water when I got there. His eyes flickered over me, lazy with lust and I felt that heat blooming in my belly again.

“Well, hello there,” he murmured, his deep voice echoing slightly in the vast, tiled room. “I was afraid you weren’t coming.”

In fact, I almost hadn’t. Once I put on the bikini again, I was almost overcome with guilt. But I pushed it aside and reminded myself we weren’t breaking any laws. Just letting him look at me wasn’t wrong, was it?
