And knowing that I wanted to be able to carry him kept me going to the gym often enough that Conner could show me off in that silly Santa costume.

“You…” He made me be patient while he giggled, but eventually he gave me the other half of the sentence. “Like spanking me and cuddling me.”

“That’s right. So I’ve already had a wonderful time tonight.” I thought I was being subtle, but he was glaring at me by the time I got to the bathroom and set him down.

Arms folded across his chest frustrated.

“I’m not too tired.” He looked adorable like that but I was very careful not to have any expression that would make him think he looked cute or little.

Because he didn’t do that even if he did that.

“I didn’t say you were.” Shrugging, I kept a blank face that was slightly on the side of a glare. “But I’m going to question that if you start bitching at me.”

Pouting.

He was doing the cutest pout…but I wasn’t going to mention that.

“Or have you decided to practice being a brat again?” Managing not to laugh as his face scrunched up, I went over and turned on the water in the shower. “You did a very good job of that tonight. Everyone thought you were funny and even the Doms were trying not to laugh when you made that creaking sound.”

His timing had been comedy gold.

And he giggled.

Pouting disaster averted.

“I was so funny and you were so proud of me.” With his frustration fading, he yawned again. Being a pain in the ass was hard work. “You said…I was…but I’m not too tired.”

Of course not.

“Alright.” He was too tired to argue with no matter what he seemed to think, but agreeing with him had him frowning again.

There would be no reasoning with him in this state, so I ignored his disgruntled expression and brought his T-shirt over his head. “You were very cute in your costume but I think changing clothes to come home was the best idea.”

Giving him something else to think about helped shift his frown into something less hostile. “Yeah, we…we looked like we’d been at a BDSM party.”

Chuckling as I pushed down his sweats and the cute undies he’d picked out for me, I nodded. “I wouldn’t have wanted to explain that. I looked like a naughty Santa.”

Back to smiling again, he petted my head as he used it to balance. “You were the perfect Santa, and everyone kept looking at your ass.”

Snickering, Stirling forgot he’d been frustrated…for the moment at least. “The first time you turned around, Conner was wiggling his eyebrows and leered at you, but he was silly.”

I wasn’t sure if I should laugh or pretend to be offended, so I huffed and gave him a smile as I shook my head. “He’s so naughty.”

That got more happy sounds from Stirling as I finished getting him naked and stood again. It took him a few seconds to realize it was my turn, but after he gave his head a shake like he was a wet dog, he helped me take my shirt off. “But he’s funny and you are very sexy.”

Helping me get ready for the shower quickly shifted into petting my chest and licking his lips. “And you…and I have a very good Dom.”

And I had a sub who was so tired his brains had turned to mush.

“Thank you.” All I could do was kiss his cheek as I stepped out of my clothes. He wasn’t tracking anything else but my body and what he was imagining doing to me. “You’re such a good boy.”

Kissing his forehead, I managed not to laugh when he pouted again. “That was your too tired kiss. I’m not too tired.”

Bullshit.

“You just looked very cute and cuddly. It’s almost the same kiss.” I shrugged as his brows pulled together and he did his best to think about that.

It seemed to be difficult to figure out his opinion on it because he was still frowning as I walked him into the shower and put him under the spray. “I don’t know.”

Because he was so tired his ability to think had disappeared.

“Why are you worried about being tired?” Giving him another mental path to wander down slowed his brain even more.

As he tried to find the answer to the question while the pounding spray relaxed him even more, I reached for the shampoo and lathered up his hair. “I think…you’re…”

Letting out a long breath, Stirling’s eyes closed. “That’s so distracting.”

I didn’t laugh but holding back my smile was impossible. “I like distracting you because you make the best sounds.”

Quiet moans.

Low whimpers.

“But I have to answer your question or you’ll put me to bed.” He wasn’t wrong, but I didn’t point that out as he worked through his sweet drama. “It’s my turn. Your turn. It’s my turn to your turn you.”
