Avery followed the line down and read off, “Ask for my pussy pacifier three times.”

“You can do that, can’t you?” Trace asked, brushing a hand through her hair.

“I’ve already done it once. Do I get a sticker?” she asked eagerly.

“The week starts on Monday,” he explained.

“Oh. So I can ask tomorrow?”

“Monday through Saturday. Sunday will be the consequence if you don’t earn all your stickers.”

“Consequences?” she repeated, automatically clenching her bottom to test for the cold suppository inside her. That sensation had faded away.

Trace nodded before kissing her forehead. “Brave, strong women need to learn it’s okay to have someone they trust completely be in control. For you, that’s me.”

“My Daddy,” she repeated, nodding.

“Exactly. Always remember that Daddy’s got you and he loves you very much.”

“You love me?” Avery asked, her eyes filling with tears.

“I love every bit of you.”

“I love you, too,” Avery confessed, rushing forward to throw herself against his hard frame. It felt so good to have someone to rely completely on.

A thought popped into her mind. “Daddy? Where’d you get an idea about the chart?”

“I found this fun cat café downtown.”

“CC’s Purrfect Coffee,” Avery supplied the name with a grin. “I love that place. Wyatt knows CC well. I love her, too. But where did the chart come from?”

“She has a big chart with all the jobs that have to be completed every day.”

“So, you stole her idea and adapted it for me?” Avery asked, looking back at her task for next week.

“Exactly. When I asked her about it, CC was vague, but I got the impression she loves stickers,” Trace shared as he gathered things together to create a big salad for dinner.

“Everyone adores fun stickers.”

“Especially Little girls,” he pointed out.

“Do you think CC is a Little girl? I know her husband was killed in the line of duty. Could he have been a Daddy, too?”

“Maybe, Mae Bug. Perhaps we’ll see CC at Blaze one evening. Let’s get you fed. Want to help Daddy put baby carrots on the salad since you were such a good girl after your nap?”

Instantly, heat wafted through her as she remembered the sensations he had lavished on her. Avery looked back at the chart to see her task for the week. Monday suddenly looked a lot better than it normally did at the end of the weekend.

“I love baby carrots,” she answered, accepting the small bag from him.

“At least three on your plate, Mae Bug. I want to make sure you get all your vitamins,” he commented and patted her on the bottom fondly.

“Daddy!” she protested, feeling her face heat with embarrassment. Turning to her task, she carefully placed four on each plate, scattered on the leafy greens he’d already distributed.

His good girl answer made her heart happy. Avery peeked up at him to whisper, “We could get a cupcake for dessert this week if I ask for my pacifier four times.”

With a roar of delight, he picked her up and whirled her around the small space. “I think that would be the perfect bonus prize. We’ll have to try another flavor.”

“I bet Ellie has something up her sleeve for November.”

“I’m sure she does,” Trace confirmed before kissing his Little girl.
