A secret, even with good intentions, could jeopardize everything he holds dear.

Keyes Dixon’s life has changed in so many ways since meeting his now-husband, Alec Pierce. He shed his unkempt biker exterior, leaving behind the days of intimidating people with his mere presence…mostly.

Empowered by his new confidence in himself and his life, he wants to share his joy with Alec. He seizes the opportunity to craft a special, handmade gift for his love. A custom motorcycle built entirely by Keyes.

Shhh….don’t tell Alec! It’s a surprise.

Alec, skilled attorney with unyielding determination and a knack for diving deep into any situation, knows something is amiss inside their home. He tries to give Keyes space and time to come to him, but his patience wears thin even as he keeps his worries bottled up.

As time inches closer to the big day, will their secrets destroy what they worked so hard to build?

*************FULL BOOK START HERE*************

Chapter One

Dev

September

With his signature wicked smirk in place, Dev “Devilman” Fox sat on top of the conference room table with his weathered boots planted firmly on a plastic chair. He leaned forward with his elbows propped on his knees. His eagle-eyed stare fixed on the towering drop-down screen taking up most of the back wall of the meeting space. A screen so big, it was hard to think of anything else and it definitely threw off the balance of the room.

At least that was his opinion that no one asked for.

So he kept his mouth shut.

Holding his tongue while keeping all the wild craziness leashed up inside his head was a new development in his life. Cash, the guy who owned his heart, called it maturity. Dev suspected it had more to do with the properly prescribed—from a real medical doctor, ADHD medication he popped on the daily. Like as in every morning. Cash lovingly placed a pill on the counter before leaving for work with a sweet note of encouragement to have a good day.

Damn, he loved that man.

Another bonus, Cash had medical insurance that he shared with Dev. It really made a big difference in the medical care he received.

Dammit, Dev. Focus.

He may have exaggerated the claim of being eagle-eyed. As he gripped the presentation remote tighter than any game show contestant he’d ever seen, anxiety and pressure pumped through his veins. He had one job. To click the button to turn the pages of the PowerPoint presentation Keyes Dixon was giving.

And since he was telling the truth, he’d go a step further. His ass hurt from the uncomfortable seat he’d chosen when he first arrived. Hopping up on the table? What was he thinking? There were ten padded leather chairs in the room.

Lesson learned.

But no lie, his assigned job was challenging. It might be the hardest of his entire life. And with what he had lived through, that said a lot.

The preparation for today’s presentation had taken weeks, maybe months, to nail down. Keyes had done all the heavy lifting in organizing the content, taking this as seriously as he had ever taken anything.

Their audience consisted of one person: Alec Pierce. Keyes’s new husband.

And their sole potential investor.

Months ago, when he and Keyes began to revive their childhood dream of building custom bikes, Alec had guided them to the Small Business Administration. The SBA had then sent them to SCORE Business Mentoring to help mold their dream into a potential professional moneymaker. After all their help in learning what it takes to start a business properly, they were now ready to secure financing.

The kicker, Dev could single-handedly finance the whole operation without an investor. But how did he explain where the money had come from without raising more questions than he was prepared to answer.

“Devilman, what the fuck?” Keyes barked, drawing Dev back into the here and now.

“Shit. Sorry,” he murmured and pushed the button.

Dev stared at the new slide, trying to judge their performance to this point.

Maybe Keyes wasn’t the right person to spearhead this presentation.

This time, Dev caught Keyes’s cue and pushed the button, changing the slide at the right moment. He let go of a pent-up breath. The pressure was off him for at least the next few seconds.

As Keyes continued to speak, Dev cast a sly glance at Alec. He lounged in a leather conference room chair, shifting his attention between Keyes and the screen. He was focused and attentive, with a manila folder open on the table in front of him. He leaned on one elbow with his hand partially covering his mouth.

They were in Alec’s swanky offices in the headquarters of Escape Resorts.

Dev had never seen Alec’s professional side. Keyes’s husband had always come off as pretty arm candy, devoted to Keyes’s happiness. Today, Dev understood it was all a veneer. Alec was a force who challenged everything, grilling Keyes with a barrage of questions as the presentation dragged on.

From this angle, Dev caught a glimpse of Alec’s lips pressed into a tight frown. Huh.

What if he decided to pass on the investment?

He suspected Keyes couldn’t see the frown from his position, facing Alec directly.

Regardless, Dev caught another one of Keyes’s cues and clicked the remote for the win.

The screen changed. With a nod, Keyes silently acknowledged a job well done.

Damn, Dev was crushing it like a boss.

“Why do you insist on doing this?” Alec asked, interrupting Keyes.

Keyes clamped his lips together. His furry, manicured brows dropped into a severe V, giving his most fierce glare, which meant one of two things. Either, Alec risked being tackled into a fistfight. A place Dev had found himself in a time or two when he’d pushed Keyes too far. Or the other, which was more likely, Keyes was contemplating Alec’s question.

Either way, the big giant’s stare usually frightened anyone in the vicinity but had zero effect on Alec, who responded with his own stern stare.

The toughest journeys lead to the most amazing adventures… Let’s ride.

Special Agent Cash Ryan broke the cardinal rule of undercover work: he fell hard for his federal informant. The sexy, hardheaded, foul-mouthed outlaw biker who regularly takes matters into his own hands, leaving Cash scrambling to pick up the pieces.

Anarchy is more than a way of life for Devin Fox, it’s fused into his DNA. When he agrees to help Cash, he knows his special brand of chaos is the only way to get the answers they seek. And his attraction to the secret agent makes keeping them both alive more important by the day.

As the facts of the operation begin to unfold, they fight both sides to find the truth. When a shift in balance emerges, will they be able to tip the scales of justice in their favor or will they be buried under all the chaos?

The final installment in the Tattoos and Ties series, Justice is a suspenseful motorcycle club romance with strong male leads. If you like sexy alpha males who take on the world for the one they love and intriguing storylines with many twists and turns, give Justice a try.

*************FULL BOOK START HERE*************

Chapter 1

The rich leathery scent of Dev’s favorite cologne, Fucking Fabulous by Tom Ford, wafted through the air surrounding Cashin James. Honestly, from the first moment he’d caught a whiff of the spicy, woodsy fragrance on the sexy biker, it had become his favorite too.

Cash tilted his head to watch the object of his desire come swaggering inside, looking just as sinful as his nickname implied: Devilman. A man so tempting, with one well-placed wink, he cast a spell on anyone who crossed his path.

With all his effortless sex appeal, Dev locked eyes with Cash and gave a perfected grin. That was all it took for his heart to leap from his chest and flutter around excitedly.

What Cash knew that literally every other person on the planet didn’t was that his devil wasn’t as evil as rumored to be. He was a kind and generous man. Considerate and loving to his core. Cash’s perfect lover and even better life partner.

“Hard day?” Cash asked.

“You make every fuckin’ day harder than it has to be,” Dev declared harshly, his direct gait zeroing in on Cash. His dick swelled at the heat in his lover’s gaze. The way Cash was manhandled into a full body hug had him pressing closer to his guy. Dev slid strong fingers into the front pieces of Cash’s hair, ruffling the strands onto his forehead just how the biker liked.

Abigail and Mae, Dev’s two daughters, appeared as if from thin air. Mae jumped up and down, happy to see her beloved dad. Cash had grown to adore those little girls.

He reared back to take a closer look at Dev. Tall, dark blond hair, a handsome face with a strong jaw, dark T-shirt, vintage jeans, boots that leaned more motorcycle than work. He wore leather and silver jewelry, all straps and chains lining his wrists and neck. Sexy as sin.

The tattoos began to dance under his inspection.

Cash’s brows dropped in confusion the longer he watched the tattoos move and rearrange themselves. That wasn’t right.

Shit, he was dreaming again.

As if scenic panels dropped from the sky, the backdrop to their world suddenly changed. They were no longer inside the house but instead in a well-manicured backyard. Dev no longer held him. Cash was bent over a row of flower pots, his hands working the potting soil. The girls’ fingers were there too, helping him repot something…

“Of course, you’re dreamin’. When did I ever smell that good?” Dev’s grin turned mocking as he reached down to pick up Mae, hoisting her onto his hip where she generally rested.

Wake up. You know how this ends.

Suddenly, the earth shook beneath his feet, followed by the explosive sounds of a bomb detonating close by. Cash instinctively ducked and turned toward the sonic boom, trying to make sense of what was happening, only to be met with utter darkness. The inky blackness crept toward him with malevolent intent.

Mae’s scream had Cash fighting against an evil trying to consume him but failing to reach her. Dev’s handsome features twisted into agony. He protectively slung Mae behind him, grabbing for Abigail as blood began to stain the center of his T-shirt.

Their gazes locked. Dev’s stunned expression sent shards of ice rippling through his heart. He was helpless to intervene, forced to watch as the beautiful chaos that once danced in Dev’s bright blue eyes dimmed. Dev crumpled to the concrete.

Russian chatter echoed in the distance.

Cash jerked his head. His nose struck something hard. Adrenaline shot through his body as his eyelids opened wide.

It wasn’t real. Only a terrifying dream.

The effects of the nightmare slowly faded as he took in his surroundings.
Dev Devilman Fox, the best ink slinger in town, is known for his sharp wit, angry fists and epically bad decisions. Becoming a lifelong patched member of the Disciples of Havoc MC at eighteen years old is probably the worst…but certainly not the only. When his hot new tenant catches his eye, Dev jumps in headfirst, ready to drive full throttle wherever that sexy road leads. That is until he finds himself on another hairpin turn, careening his life toward the closest brick wall.

Special Agent Cash Thomas has spent years undercover rooting out bad apples within various federal agencies. When his latest assignment brings him face to face with a sinfully tempting man from his past, his priorities shift on a dime. Now his reputation as a dedicated and focused field agent is in question. When faced with the opportunity to repay the man who once saved his life, smudging a few well-established lines is the least he’ll do.

When their paths collide can a bond from the past save their future or will it bury
them under the chaos? Leathers might shield them from road rash, but they can’t protect them from heartbreak.

Chaos is a suspenseful motorcycle club romance with strong male leads. A stand-alone story in the Tattoos and Ties series. If you like sexy alpha males ready to take on the world for the one they love and intriguing storylines with many twists and turns, give Chaos a try.

*************FULL BOOK START HERE*************

Chapter 1

He eased his heavy work boot from the foot pedal. At the same time, Dev “Devilman” Fox lifted the tip of the tattoo machine off his client’s arm and wiped a towel over the newly inked skin. The sound system changed songs and Dev mentally sang the words to “Renegade” as he pushed back in his seat, stretching the tense muscles of his shoulders and neck.

“Crank it,” Dev yelled at Millie who was working somewhere in his carved-out piece of office space inside his father’s motorcycle shop. The beat by Styx was a personal favorite that he’d spent his entire life listening to.

His old man, his father, better known as Fox, the president and co-founder of the Disciples of Havoc motorcycle club, had made sure his only son got an almost spiritual knowledge of every rage-against-the-establishment song ever recorded. It didn’t matter if the sounds came from angry metal or hardcore rap music, if it spoke against the corrupt government and law enforcement systems, Dev could sing every word by heart.

Many prophetic lines from those songs adorned his own inked body.

They were the anthem of his heart. The meaning of his life. Another way to give the institution his double middle fingers. No one governed him and the fuckers should stop trying.

Instant fury shot like an erupting volcano across every fiber of his being at the thought of what that fucking bitch Dallas District Attorney had done to his brothers and their motorcycle club.

Ray-Ray, a full patch member of the Disciples, needed to be voted out of the club, stripped of his colors. He should be forced to give up his cut for exposing the club to the scrutiny and grief of that goddamn cunt. She was the current source of all their bullshit problems. How had not one of the club’s old timers remembered that Ray-Ray had tapped that snatch over twenty years ago? He was so damned tired of all the leaks and breaches of trust within the club’s members. Fuck ’em all for the constant state of chaos they were having to live in.

And that fucking DA… Her days were numbered.

He’d make sure of that.

Dev shook his head hard, trying to lose the sudden vengeance. If he let his mind have the pleasure of traveling down such a dark road of retribution, he’d lose sight of the client in his chair.

Concentration was key in his line of work and a damn hard thing to find these days.

Between the club problems and the hours’ long tattoo he’d started and wasn’t connecting with on any level, the tension in his neck had solidified into a solid ache. With a forceful stretch to the left then the right, he tried to ease away the tightness gripping his muscles.

When the song’s whistle blew and the tune’s beat kicked up a notch, Dev started a controlled head banging motion. His mind wandered as he closed his eyes. The music’s cadence soothed the rough edges of his growing irritation with the stench sitting across from him at his workstation.

Stench might not be a bold enough word to describe the guy’s aroma. No one achieved that scent by missing a bath or two. That disgusting odor had been nurtured and built upon. Did the guy actually live inside a fucking dumpster? One of those giant steel cans of rotting filth. Filled with days’ old decaying food and dirty diapers. The kind of trash that sat outside in the sun all day long during the hottest part of an oppressive Texas summer.

Dev cast a disgusted look at his client’s mouth. Fucker’s gums hadn’t stopped flapping since he’d started the tattoo hours ago. He saw remnants of food still stuck between Stink’s teeth.

His fucking breath was God awful offensive just like the rest of the man.

Over the years, Dev had developed the ability to block out the nervous chatter from the clients in his chair. A true gift because people could get a hell of a lot of anxiety while being inked. But this dude brought a whole new level to oversharing. He never shut up.

Dev had even switched from his preferred tattoo pen back to his coil in order to increase the buzz of the machine.

A great idea that, again, worked in every other situation except this one.

Dev’s refusal to reply to any comment didn’t deter the man.

Beautiful visions of reaching out and popping this guy in the mouth kept filling Dev’s mind. As clear an image as if it had actually happened. He imagined his balled fist darting out. A quick, forceful hit, right between those thin cracked lips, knocking Stink’s teeth out in one expert jab.

To be fair, Dev had perfected the unexpected yet very effective punch to the face. His go-to move in most situations. No one ever saw it coming. It said more than any of his words ever could.
The love part had happened months ago, but last night had been the first time he’d said the words aloud.

As for losing sleep and holding his biker through the long hours of the night, well honestly, he’d done quite a bit of that over the last several months too. Tonight, though, was different. His cup runneth over so to speak, and as Keyes Dixon slept like a baby in his arms, Alec lay awake, lost in the warmth of their great love story.

Alec smiled and angled his head, kissing the top of Key’s soft hair, certain if Shakespeare were alive today, he would want to write his next great masterpiece based on the Pierce and Dixon coupling. His grin turned a bit wicked at the mental image of Key wearing the tight-fitting men’s leggings so popular in the Elizabethan era. No matter how Alec loved their story, he did recognize the ridiculousness of his overactive imagination and rolled his eyes as a soft chuckle welled up from his chest while imagining the possibility of their bedroom sword play.

Key stirred. With Key stretched across his body, his face buried in the crook of Alec’s neck, both the rumble of Alec’s chest as well as the quiet noise of the soft chuckle would have woken his always-light-sleeping boyfriend.

“You good?” Key lifted his head, cracking open sleepy eyes as he scanned Alec’s face to find the answer to his question.

“I’m good. Go back to sleep. You still have a few hours before you have to leave.”

Key’s brows dropped into a solid V as he assessed Alec’s answer. He must have decided Alec was on the up-and-up when his eyes slid closed and he tilted his chin up. Alec obliged and granted him the kiss. Key turned, tucking an arm under Alec’s shoulder, bringing him to where they were face to face, intimately sharing a single pillow. Key fell back asleep almost instantly.

Funny, Alec had never slept in a bed with another person. Even during grade school sleepovers, Blaine would take the floor of Alec’s bedroom—or vice versa when he stayed at Blaine’s—but not now, hopefully never again. His oversized California king could have been a twin bed for all the space he and Key used when sleeping together.

Alec ran his fingertips over Key’s scraggly beard, marveling at the multitude of colors reflected there. Key’s hair had been darker when they’d first met, but with all the time they had spent in Alec’s secluded backyard, swimming, grilling, and just being together outside like Key enjoyed doing, his hair had turned different shades from honey to blond. Alec lifted a piece of Key’s long hair, letting it filter through his fingers. He loved the wild, silky strands. From the first minute he laid eyes on his biker man to right this second, Key just did it for Alec.

“You aren’t sleepin’,” Key mumbled, his eyes remaining closed.

“I’m admiring,” Alec answered, cupping Key’s cheek with his hand.

“Why’re you awake? You’re gonna be tired tomorrow,” Key grumbled, this time cracking his eyes open again. Alec noted even Key’s eyelashes had changed colors. It was an extraordinary thing for a man who had spent most of his life outdoors.

“I’m committing our love story to memory,” Alec teased. He leaned in to kiss Key’s soft lips. Key’s eyes opened wider, and he cocked a single brow as he scanned Alec’s face again.

Maybe as long as a minute passed before Key rolled his eyes and jostled Alec as he turned a hundred eighty degrees, giving him his back. “When you’re rememberin’ shit, remember it wasn’t my fault that those damn two by fours were in the road no matter what the fuck Blaine says.”

Alec laughed and kissed Key’s shoulder, coming in behind his biker who pressed lovingly against his chest. “I’m quite thankful for those two by fours.” Alec moved Key’s hair to lay his whiskered cheek along Key’s neck and upper back and tightened his hold.

“Go to sleep, Alec. You’ll be too tired tomorrow for your important case or whatever you said you had to do.”

Seconds later, Key’s soft snores returned in a comforting cadence. Key was right, he should sleep. He just didn’t want to miss any time he had with Key.

As much as Alec had decided to read Key’s loving actions, not go by his lack of words committing them together, they still had so many obstacles that could rip their relationship apart before they ever got fully started. From this point forward, there would be no more sticking his head in the sand, avoiding the destructive elements within his or Key’s lives.
Keyes Dixon’s life is challenging enough as a full patch member of the Disciples of Havoc Motorcycle Club but being a gay biker leaves him traveling down one tough road. With an abusive past and his vow to the club cementing his future, he doesn’t believe in love and steers clear of commitment. But a midnight ride leads to a chance meeting with a sexy distraction that has him going down quicker than a Harley on ice.

Cocky Assistant District Attorney Alec Pierce lives in the shadow of his politically connected family. A life of privilege doesn’t equal a life of love, a fact made obvious at every family gathering. Driven yet lonely, Alec yields to his family’s demands for his career path, hoping for the acceptance he craves. Until he meets a gorgeous biker who tips the scales in the favor of truth and he can no longer live a lie. Can two men from completely different worlds…and sides of the law…find common ground, or will all their desires only wreak Havoc?
While Havoc is a stand-alone with no cliffhanger, the story continues early 2019.
He lifted a hand to his mouth, stopping just short of touching his face with his grime-covered fingers. Instead, he turned his hand over, wiping at an itch on the side of his nose with the back of his wrist while scanning the stacks of used automobile tires lining the back wall of his shop. He had to have something that might work to get this woman back on the road again.

“Pop, I got a pretty good-looking Dueler. Ask if she wants it until I can get her a new set in here in a few hours. If not, Louis can take her home or wherever she needs to go, and she can leave the car.” He shouted toward the front of the building while tugging tires off the top of the stack until he had cleared the rubber down to the possible replacement. Keyes removed the tire from its resting place, studying all sides, looking for any possible punctures as he started to roll the tire forward.

“She wants it and wants to order the others.” His old man’s smoke-roughened voice echoed over the sound of the air compressor, booming off the walls of the small warehouse. Seconds later, he got another shouted instruction. “Boy, get your ass movin’. The parkin’ lot’s fillin’ up.”

Of course it was. Their small tire shop, simply named Tires, sat in an older, rougher neighborhood of South Dallas and stayed busy from sunup to sundown. About three years ago, his old man had a pretty bad motorcycle accident, forcing Keyes to take over the day-to-day management of their family/club-owned tire business. Keyes had never done much more than change tires before then, but it turned out he had a knack for creating a buzz. With just a few small changes to the operation, some targeted advertising, and the help of the internet, he’d quickly developed a good service rating on Google and become known as the tire shop with the best service and lowest prices in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

His big advertising success didn’t come from social media like everyone kept pushing him to do. Instead, he spent his small budget on supermarket shopping cart ads. The ones that attached a picture and a sales pitch to each buggy. He was strategic in picking the grocery stores. He went with Whole Foods and Central Market—those uppity chains. Within hours of going live, his first targeted customer arrived—the much-coveted white-collar male who liked all those fancy, expensive tires. The shop had also gained a good reputation with the female consumer demographic, which was fine with Keyes.

For Keyes, he saw it as a win/win—real proud of his success. The minute his father found out about the ads, the hospital food tray was sent flying across the small room. All the buzzers hooked up to his old man went nuts as he did everything in his power to get his broken, battered body out of the hospital bed to kick Keyes’s ass for spending their hard-earned money on something so ludicrous.

Luckily, within the first week of those ads running, his old man and their business partners—his motorcycle club—had been forced to eat their harsh, skeptical words. Business had boomed from that moment forward. It had taken almost an entire year for his father to get back on his feet, and that was a little over two years ago. Not much had changed since then. Physically, his father was just the shell of the man he’d once been, but that didn’t stop the regular onslaught of demeaning insults or homophobic slurs, all designed to remind Keyes of his place, regardless of his success with the shop.

Keyes rolled the wheel out, passing the tire off to Louis, his trusty second in charge. He gave clipped instructions to change the tire before he stepped behind the counter to wait on the customer. He pulled his rag from his belt to wipe his hands before palming his cell phone to order the new set. “They’ll run a little less than three hundred dollars for two or five for a set of four. It’s a discount of about a hundred bucks on the four,” he said while using the app the dealer provided.

“And these are good tires? They’ll last awhile, right? I’ve had the ones on there since I bought the Tahoe in 2015.” The uncertainty in her voice forced Keyes to slow down and take a second to ease her doubt. He adjusted his gaze, looking at her instead of the phone screen. She had to be a foot shorter than his six-four, and she wore one of those crisp little well-tailored get-ups that business women wore.

She looked like one of those independent pushy types who lived for the next corporate board meeting. Keyes gave an internal sigh, hoping his observations didn’t slip out by accident. Women were uncomfortable in this environment. He got it, and he’d tried to change the approach his employees used with certain customers. He required everyone who worked there to take a moment to explain the sale, be reasonable and clear, and assure the customer they weren’t being scammed. That was the hardest part for Keyes. He wasn’t much of a talker—in any situation. The fewer words used, the better.
