In fact, I welcome it.
I want to be reminded that he couldn’t help but fuck me hard, that he was between my legs making me lose my mind.
“Yes,” I whisper, and he growls against my lips, picking up speed. “Fuck yes.”
“I need you to come again, Duchess.”
“So close.”
He grinds the base of his cock against my clit, and that’s all it takes to make me fall over the edge again, clamping down on him, shivering around him, my teeth in his shoulder as I come so damn hard, I see stars.
“Fuck, baby.” He pushes in twice more, and then holds himself there, and I feel his cock twitch inside me as he comes. I can’t help but tighten around him again, making him groan. “Good fucking girl.”
“We have a mess to clean up.”
“Later.” He lifts me, wraps my legs around his waist and carries me to the stairs. “I’m not finished with you yet.”
“Finally we get to see you,” Alex says as I walk into Sage & Citrus in Bitterroot Valley, where I’m having lunch with my sisters. Juliet owns this restaurant, and we all love it. The food is fabulous, and it’s safe for anyone with gluten intolerances. Juliet is one smart cookie.
I make the rounds, hugging each of my three sisters, before I sit next to Dani, across from Alex and Charlie.
“You all look gorgeous,” I inform them, and then lean over to kiss Dani’s cheek.
“So do you,” Charlie says with a smile. “You’re getting some. You have a glow, and it’s written all over your face.”
Both Alex and Dani stare at me with wide, surprised eyes, and I simply raise a shoulder. “Maybe.”
“Nope, you don’t get to brush this off,” Alex says, shaking her head. “Talk. Now. Everything.”
“I literally just walked through the door, haven’t ordered food, and you want me to just dive in to the good stuff?”
“We ordered you food,” Dani says. “So yes, we want you to talk.”
I glance up when a sexy-as-fuck man arrives with a tray, and watch in fascination as he only has eyes for my baby sister.
Charlie smiles.
Mr. Hottie winks at her.
And Dani and I share a look.
“You don’t wait tables,” Charlie says to him. “Unless you’re adding that to your vast résumé.”
“I made an exception for you.” He glances around. “All of you. Wow, this is the best-looking table in the restaurant.”
“Who are you?” I ask him, not shy at all, since this dude is eye fucking my baby sister right in front of me.
“This is Noah,” Charlie says. “He’s the pastry chef here. He bailed me out of a potential cake catastrophe for a wedding last month.”
Noah sets the tray down and nudges his glasses up his nose, which I’m quite sure just made all four of us sigh, and smiles at Charlie.
“I’m Darby,” I cut in, offering my hand to shake. You can tell a lot about a man by his handshake, but his is strong and firm, and he holds my eyes respectfully. “I’m the oldest sister.”
“Nice to meet you. I’m not trying to interrupt your lunch, just wanted to say hello.”
He nods to all of us, winks at Charlie, and then he’s off, and we all stare at our sister, who takes a bite of her soup, as if she’s the most innocent woman in the world.
“You gonna tell us about that?” Dani asks.
“Nope.”
“If I have to talk, you have to talk,” I inform her, and Charlie sighs, sets her spoon down, and licks her lips.
“There is nothing at all to talk about.”
Then, she picks up her spoon and takes another bite.
“So, I’m a happily married woman to two men,” Alex says before popping a chip in her mouth. My little sister has never been particularly traditional, so it wasn’t a shock when she announced to all of us that she’d fallen in love with Gabe and Adam. They had already been in a happily committed relationship when they met Alex and then decided they couldn’t live without her. “But I can confidently say that guy is hot AF, and he wants to bend you over this table and—”
“Okay,” I interrupt, giving a shiver. “I know you all have sex, but I don’t want to know.”
Dani snorts next to me. “I had a baby last year, you know.”
“Yes, and it was an immaculate conception.”
“No, I’m pretty sure we conceived on a fire truck,” she says, and Alex offers her a high five. “And it was hot. No pun intended.”
I can’t help but laugh at that, and then we all turn back to Charlie, whose eyes widen, and around another bite of her lunch, she says, “What?”
“He likes you,” I tell her.
“Well, yeah, he likes me. But I don’t do relationships. I’m too busy. He’s nice to look at, and he really did come in clutch for me on that cake. It was damn good, and beautiful. He trained in Paris. He used to work at the Ritz.”
